Shipping Days: We ship Monday through Saturday.

Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time or on Sundays/holidays will be shipped the next available business day.

Origin: All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Austin, Texas.
Domestic Shipping (USA)

Standard Shipping: Most domestic orders are shipped via USPS. Transit time typically takes 3–5 business days.

Carrier Liability: Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier routes, weather, or internal carrier issues once the package has left our facility.

Shipping Methods: We reserve the right to alter the shipping method if necessary to ensure delivery.

Expedited Shipping: If you select an expedited shipping option, we will prioritize that method. In the rare event that your chosen expedited method is unavailable, we will ship your order via standard shipping and promptly refund the additional shipping fees paid.
International Shipping

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
